Reading Books... oggling at those i can't buy..
Really, there are a lot of books i would like to read. To remind myself of this, I just have to go to the booksale at the AS walk to see how many classic books there are to read (Sidney Sheldon, Anne Rice, Umberto Eco, lots more). But unfortunately, I don't have all the money in the world. I can only buy stuff once in a while, when i want to reward myself for some good done.
The other Friday, I bought myself a second hand copy of Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco (I bought that because I remembered Kuya Pau recommending that book). Right now, I'm "pretty" tense about my math finals tomorrow late afternoon. I haven't absorbed every lesson during this summer. I have still to study some of them (like the binomial series). I'm reading it a bit. I have reached chapter 13 (out of 120).
I wish I can just read books. I wish I no longer need to study.. Hehe..
Ora Ora Comanching
I hate this game. I mean, I hate Ora-Ora Comanching.. and Ikutang Dala-Dalawa. I and my groupmates had to consult our professor before reporting these game to class and playing it. We never had a common time with our professor. So we had to just email our revisions to her. I sent it last Friday afternoon. All weekend we were waiting for her reply. It turns out she replied just last night. I can't do anything until I knew of what she had approved of. Darn. Yes partly my fault that I didn't even try to do anything. But she's supposed to reply as soon as possible, especially since it was she who told us to send it through mail.
I hate this PE. I just wish I took the 7am math class (with a big chance of having the same very good prof that I had last sem) so that I can take the volleyball PE class every 11.30am. Rar.
Summer Classes
It started on april 17... 5 weeks of three hour daily MATH classes, and a PE class before. And now is the second to the last week of this steep journey...So, how was it like? The PE class waws ok, except for the fact that we are required to wear white shirts everyday. Who wants to wear white shirts everyday the whole day? I had to bring an extra shirt in my bag (which is just as well, this summer is really HOT). I only feel regret for the laundry.. two shirts a day means more work for Nanay. The math class. There were exams once a week. Mind you, these are Long Exams, major exams during a normal semester that come every three weeks or so. And the lessons! I am a person who needs time to absorb lessons, but time is something that I definitely do not have. I believe I have to study the lesson on the very day that it was discussed. But of course, I don't do that. I'm too much of a procrastinator. This reminds me so much. but I still remain a big procrastinator.By the way, I changed the title of this blog! Yey! I'm so happy that I've finally found a good title. :) courtesy of Jowi. (Thanks a lot Jowi! *hugs!*) Really.. you see? I'm lost.. I don't know how to fix a lifelong habit of being a procrastinator. Lost in Stellar Space. :) I really like it.The next week is whatwe normally call "hellweek" during a normal semester. It's because it's the week that has most of requirement deadlines. I don't know what else to call it. Next week, we have TWO long tests, one on Monday and one on Friday.Pray for me and my procrastnation habits. Thanks.
